Ranting & Raving on a Sunday morning
15 January 2006
After the longest time of wanting to be a normal net surfer, finally i had the chance today of going online without any form of supression like an access control or firewall!
I got to check the "basics" (in my own definition and premise) of my "digital self"-- my yahoo mail, friendster, and my blog's tag-board. To my dismay, not much is happening. It seems less and less friends are blogging with blogger or blog-city or blogdrive or tabulas but more do it through friendster blog of which alerts constantly flood my mail. I would probably change my settings later on to stop the spamming.
Before i forget, it's time to campaign for Starstruck ARCI Munoz (or Mona as we used to call her back in Dulaan UP). I even got her logo on my phone! Work prevents me to watch TV at night thus, the only chance to catch mona on tv is every friday night (but most of the times i would rather sleep to literally rest on my rest day). Good thing her fans had a friendster site which gives updates like a clip of her first movie flick. Coolness! I just wish this computer i'm using had sounds. Crapness! Check this link crazyforarci.
By the way, this is my 45th day at work which means I already qualify for my company's medical benefits including the half a million peso per annum allocation for hospitalization fees! Isn't that just great?!
Well, chit chat's over... I'm having lunch with mom, dad, ate, and my nephew in a while. I'm soooo excited!
To CRL Vesper Choir and P&W band: Sorry I can't join you on Sunday afternoons/evenings. I need my voice for work which starts at 10 pm. To compensate for that, I sang this morning with the Tagalog choir.
Pray... pray... pray...
and don't forget to read your bible. (I'm also saying this to myself)
Ciao, everyone! God bless!
